This year is shaping up to be a very delicious year of farm to table events.

Get those calendars ready because my friend Chef Michael Bick of Some Things Fishy Catering has announced his Farm To Table event series for 2013!

Here’s the run-down:

When: Sunday, April 21 at 6pm
Where: Butcher’s Best Market, 123 South Main St. Newtown, CT
Cost: $80 per person

When: Sunday, May 14 (Mother’s Day)
Where: Keeler Tavern, 132 Main St., Ridgefield, CT
Cost: $75per person

When: Sunday, July 28
Where: Holbrook Farm, 45 Turkey Plain Rd, Bethel, CT
Cost: $75per person

The Spring event at Butchers Best will feature produce from Holbrook Farm as well as local meat and fish. If you’re not already tempted, here’s a preview of the menu.
