I am on the email list for Millstone Farm (Wilton, CT) and wanted to pass this on:
Millstone Farm is trying to decide if they should raise organic, free range, meat chickens. They are wondering if people would be interested in these meat birds on a regular basis. They will average 3-5 lbs and will cost about $20 each.
They are thinking of having 4 harvest dates approximately June 19th, July 10th, August 14th and Sept 4th. They are trying to identify buyers before they even start the project as they will basically be custom growing for you!
If you are interested email or call the farm and let them know how many birds you’ll buy at each harvest date.
