Today on the Slow Food USA blog I watched a short video by WHY Hunger called “The Food and Climate Connection: From Heating The Planet To Healing It.” It gives an overview of the global food system’s impact on the climate and how a community-based food movement around the world is bringing to life a way of farming and eating that’s better for our bodies and the planet. The video was done in collaboration with Anna Lappe, author of the recently released “Diet for a Hot Planet.”
